  • Everyone starts with a 3‑cycle build. We install and stabilize your Clique to Close engine over three 28‑day billing cycles (~12 weeks). After that, it’s rolling 28‑day terms with 28 days’ notice to exit.
  • You pay us for the engine. You pay Google for the ad spend. Build installs your Clique to Close system. Operate holds your seat in the Clique — ongoing strategy, optimization, and reporting.Ad spend goes straight to Google, never through us. Every tier ships with a built‑in usage allowance — phone numbers, call minutes, AI, and third‑party tools. Go past it and you cover the overage.
  • Simple service agreement. If we both decide to move forward after your Leak Finder, we sign a straightforward service agreement that puts the terms above in writing, along with the usual data and liability language.
  • We only take you on if it pays for itself. On your Leak Finder, we run your gross profit per job, sales cycle, and click‑to‑close numbers. If we can’t size a Build + Operate plan that pays for itself from extra profit, we won’t offer you a seat.
