SMS Terms.

How our text-message program works, opt-in, cadence, opt-out, and the carrier fine print. Standard A2P 10DLC compliance.

DRAFT · Pending legal reviewLast reviewed · May 2026

This page is a working draft. The promises here mirror what we say publicly, but final wording is pending legal review. Treat anything below as good-faith intent, not a signed contract, until the dated, executed Service Agreement supersedes it.

I.

What this program is.

Clique Agency Pty Ltd (“Clique”, “we”, “us”) operates a SMS / text-message program for prospects, leads, and clients who provide their mobile number through one of our forms or during the course of doing business with us.

The program is used for two purposes:

  • Transactional messages, appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and updates about a call you’ve booked, a form you’ve submitted, or an active engagement
  • Marketing messages, occasional updates about new resources, content, or offerings, only sent to numbers that opted in to that specifically

If you provided your number on our booking form, the consent language you agreed to was: “By entering your number you agree to receive SMS about scheduling and updates for this call. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

II.

How often we send.

Message frequency varies by program:

  • Booking-related transactional messages: typically 1–3 messages per booking (confirmation, reminder, follow-up)
  • Active engagement messages: as needed to deliver service, usually fewer than 4 per month
  • Marketing messages (only if separately opted in): no more than 4 per month

You can stop messages at any time, see §V.

III.

Carrier charges.

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Clique does not charge a fee to send or receive SMS, but your carrier may.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks, your device, and conditions outside our control.

IV.

How you opt in.

You opt in by:

  • Submitting a form on our website that includes a mobile number field and a consent checkbox or visible consent statement
  • Replying to a message we sent in good-faith response to your inbound contact
  • Becoming a client and agreeing to operational SMS as part of your engagement

We do not buy lists, scrape numbers, or send SMS to people who have not given us their number with clear consent.

V.

How to stop.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message we send. You may also use any of: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT.

You’ll receive a single confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out. After that, you will not receive further marketing or recurring transactional SMS from the program you opted out of.

Opting out of marketing SMS does not automatically unsubscribe you from one-off transactional messages tied to an active engagement (e.g., your weekly pipeline review reminder if you’re a client). To remove all SMS, contact us directly, see §VIII.

VI.

Getting help.

Reply HELP to any message and you’ll receive a short reply with our website and a brief program description.

If you’re a current client, ask your account team via your client dashboard. Otherwise, reach us through our contact form, pick “Something else / General Enquiry” as the topic.

VII.

How we handle your number.

Your mobile number and the messages you exchange with us are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your number with third parties for their own marketing.

We use vetted SMS infrastructure providers (e.g., A2P 10DLC compliant carriers) to deliver messages. Those providers process your number and message content on our behalf as data processors, under their own privacy and security commitments.

VIII.

Who can participate.

This SMS program is intended for users 18 years or older who are providing their own mobile number, or a number they have authority to use for business purposes (e.g., a business owner providing their company line).

By opting in, you confirm you meet these criteria and that you are providing the number you intend to receive messages on.

IX.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers, or by a clear notice on our website. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
